Terms and Conditions

Waiting times to see Dr Steven Kemp (Leeds-based Clinical Consultant Neuro-Psychologist) are approximately 6 to 8 weeks. There is typically a 2 to 3 week period between the final psychological consultation and the receipt of the psyhoclogical report.

Dr Kemp does not accept instructions on a case-end payment basis. Given that Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychological assessments are detailed and time consuming, payment terms are strictly a maximum of 90 days from receipt of the report.

Home visits for neuro-psychology patients are made in cases where it is not possible for the patient attend one of Dr Kemp’s consulting rooms in Leeds (Yorkshire) or London.
